This form allows you to order a single leaf to be inscribed and placed on our Giving Tree in the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary Barn.

Sorry, we can only support 1 order per form.

Orders will be processed based on volume.
Christmas Holiday orders need to be placed by December 5th to be on the Tree by Christmas.
Keepsake Replica leaves cannot be mailed to a different address than the billing address below.

Inscription

Each leaf will support up to 3 lines of text.
Each line will be centered on leaf.
Each line of text cannot exceed 22 characters, including spaces.
Text only, no logos, emojis, art, etc.
Text font size will be scaled based on density.
We reserve the right to reject and refund any order where the requested inscription is deemed unsuitable for public presentation.
